Scheduling An Appointment
The appointment for an initial examination
may be scheduled by you after consultation with your pet’s
primary doctor. Please call (203) 838-6626 Monday through
Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM to schedule your visit with one of our
specialists.
We will be in touch with your primary veterinarian prior to
your visit, to obtain any medical history or information about
pre-existing conditions that could be vital to the well being
of your pet.
Appointments are available as follows:
Mon 9:00am - 4:00pm
Tues 9:00am - 4:00pm
Wed 10:00am - 5:00pm
Thur 7:30am - 2:30pm
Fri 10:00am - 4:00pm
Early Drop off, Late Pickup
If you are unable to drop off or pick
up your pet before or after normal business hours then you
may make arrangements with our neighboring hospital. Veterinary
Referral & Emergency Center (VREC) is a 24 hour, fully staffed
hospital. Please contact VREC directly for pricing. The hospital
is located in Norwalk directly behind our location. Their
address is 123 West Cedar St. Their phone number is 203.854.9960.
If you decide to make these arrangements with VREC please
inform us prior to your pet’s treatment day as well.
Fees
Upon your pets admission to the hospital,
a written estimate of the fees involved will be provided before
testing or treatments are performed. Our fees are typical
of specialty hospitals providing advanced medical care.
A deposit is required before admission. For your convenience,
we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover
Card in addition to cash, personal checks and debit cards.
The balance is due when your pet is discharged from the hospital.
 The
Citi®
Health Card can provide a
flexible payment plan in some cases. For questions about other
client financing options, please ask the receptionist or hospital
